Twitter RSS feed #: you can find this by clicking on the RSS button at the bottom of your Twitter feed on twitter.com

here’s what the RSS feed looks like:
http://twitter.com/statuses/friends_timeline/13807092.rss
all you need to do is put the feed Number… this one would be 13807092
